We’re always communicating

Researchers have shown that 90 % of our communication is nonverbal. We communicate when we remain silent, when we smile, when we cry, when we open our eyes, nod, turn our heads, etc. We cannot not communicate. Thus, the key importance that our sensory acuity has. We should be aware of all the paralinguistic features involved in our communication: tone of our voice, gestures, facial expressions, etc. to make our communication more effective. If what we´re saying does not match our body language, our message might not get across in the same way as if body and words do match. We become more truthful and, hence, more influential communicators.

No podemos no comunicar.
